CareFirst Wellness Associates (CFWA) is a Physician owned, independent, multi-specialty clinic system with clinics in Oklahoma, Arizona, and medical research facilities in Texas. Our goal is to provide our patients with comfort and convenience. CareFirst Wellness Associates of Oklahoma was established and has been serving Central and Southwest Oklahoma since 2021 with the purchase of the historic Southern Plains Medical Center, an entity established in Chickasha in 1915.
